Reports generally contain major planning goals, departmental accomplishments, department goals, data compilations and analysis, material and collection numbers, as well as expenditures and employees.

Twelve binders worth of materials created and collected during Eugene “Gene” Payne’s time as Vice President of Finance and Management. The Council of Academic Deans serves as an advisory board on academics with the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs.
